At Raghavendra Silk and Sarees, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy.

Due to the delicate and premium nature of silk sarees:

• We do not offer refunds once the order is placed.
• Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.
• No return or exchange will be accepted for minor color variations caused by lighting or screen resolution differences.

However, in case of:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product during shipping

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof and clear images at: support@raghvendrasilks.com

Approved cases may be eligible for replacement only (not refund).
